In January, I sat down to write out my intentions for the year. What came to the surface for me was to use my voice and trust my gut. As an introverted creative and business owner, it can be a challenge to do everything. Design. Execute. Market. Ship. Customer Service. Social Media. I’m not complaining, I love it all!
In 2023, with these two goals as my guides, I found a mentor to help me strategize. A friend to help me set goals. A friend to help me communicate my vision to you. This year I amassed a small posse of amazing women (including my wonderful niece!) that I am happy to call friends and now - colleagues - who have helped me cultivate my business behind the scenes. Month by month I have made huge strides that you may not even be aware of.
Outwards - I launched Elle Guy x LITZI - a dream that sat secretly sparkling in my bag for two years. I have released 8 new LITZI products (including these new Horseshoe Hoops!). I have put myself forward as the face of this company and BTS - I used my gut instinct to make a million decisions. LITZI was part of a huge Converse x Browns campaign! I redesigned the website and executed two photo shoots! I’ve initiated partnerships with some incredible business women who will help LITZI grow exponentially (fingers crossed!). I am not trying to toot my own horn. I am simply reflecting on how much you can accomplish in a year when you are very well surrounded and hold yourself accountable. When you give a fuck! A shout out to these women who have been by my side. I hope you are well surrounded too.
I have to say thank you to all of you who supported LITZI this year, and do every year! Your messages mean so much. One of my goals for 2024 is to share them more often, like this one:
May this holiday season be a time to celebrate everything you have accomplished, all the bumps in the road you have traversed and allow for moments to toast the people who not only treasure your voice, but who help amplify it as loud as possible. That includes all of you who have been reading and shopping here. LITZI would be nothing without you.

On Monday, December 4th, LITZI kicked off a new partnership with Teck Studio, a brand new Montreal hair salon opened by my friend Cassandra. Teck Studio will start carrying LITZI products in 2024. It was incredible to see friends and family come out to celebrate, party and shop! Teck Studio and L’Oréal provided hair services! Chef Stefano Faita provided the wine! It was so meaningful that people showed up - regardless of the fucking snowstorm!
